Terms of Service.

1. The Agreement

We provide a platform for business management ("The Service"). You ("The User") agree to use this service responsibly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Mem Flow is a paid service. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial months. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until resolved.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes:

• Attempting to bypass our security.
• Using the service for illegal activities.
• Reselling the service without authorization.

4. Liability & Warranties

We build our software with care, but we provide it "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or business interruption, beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the settings panel.
